The Mac Stamp Technical Office deals with the 360-degree development of the design and engineering of molds (sheet metal and injection) and mechanical equipment .
Using cutting-edge, industry-specific software and equipment , our technicians are able to create customized 3D projects based on the client’s requests.

Our Technical Office performs dimensional tests on both molded and manufactured parts, with the unique ability to perform this activity both “in-house” and directly at the customer’s site.
Using the same methods, we also reverse engineer any type of part, from single tools to complete equipment, thanks to an expert combination of experience and cutting-edge software .

Simulations
To optimize mold milling and setup times, our Engineering Department team can perform molding analyses and simulations to perform feasibility and process validations , ensuring proper design and engineering of the equipment to be manufactured.
