Founded by Felice Cola in 1974, the company Mac Stamp took its first steps as artisans distinguished by their attention to quality and detail, in a family management system. In the early 2000s, with the consolidation of the new management generation, came the desire to seek new markets within Italy and abroad, pushing the current owners to focus on innovation technology and the testing of new production methods, for which collaboration and qualified partnerships were activated. NOVA DESIGN AUTOMAZIONI S.a.s.
In 1986 NOVA DESIGN was founded by Marco Bruno, current owner and business partner with his brother Daniele. In the first years of activity the company deals with moulds design for sheet metal cold deformation. Over the years, with the help of qualified experts, the company gains experiences on new materials, which are applied to increasingly complex parts and it becomes a supplier of the main groups in the automotive sector. At the same time, a branch of the company begins to focus on industrial automation. Machines and equipment are designed and manufactured joining the experience in mechanics with the needs of the customers. As a result, in 1999 NOVA DESIGN AUTOMAZIONI (shortened in NDA) was born. The company deals with the design and manufacturing of moulds and automation equipment. Thanks to acquired know-how, the range of applications extends to several fields of work. BRUCO S.r.l.
The company was set up in Nichelino (TO) in May 2012 and deals with manufacturing equipment and dies. The plant is supplied with different kinds of machinery which allow to do different works: millings, turnings and grindings, checks in the metrological room and assembly of mechanical groups. The company works in different areas of expertise: automotive, household appliance, energy. The purpose of the several business partners is to provide a complete service: design, mechanical manufacturing, production of dies, moulding and production of mechanical groups. We also industrialise products in several commercial sectors.
SPAC
Founded in 1952 by Antonio Pagliero in a factory of "grissini machines," the company used to have about 15-20 employees. They were specialised in the production of machines for the bakery industry. Soon the company became known on the major world markets, thanks to fairs and exhibitions and to the Made in Italy marks, applied on the machines. In 1983, Antonio’s son Livio took over from his father, focusing his attention on the construction of precision mechanical parts for vehicles transporting exceptional loads. The company is now able to produce mechanical carpentry parts up to 12 meters long. Also, they do automatic lathe workings on medium-size parts.
